Welcome
to all those German speaking people who still believe, that a
person has inherited sin at birth. Who still believe, that only a Catholic
priest or a Lutheran Minister by the degree of the Pope, are able to
forgive this so called “original sin.”
Before we talk more about the New Covenant, we have to clear up this
false doctrine that has been used to silence and dominate the members of the
churches in all of Europe for hundreds of years now.
Pastor John Rigle was a great help to me as I tried to find any trace of
this doctrine in the Word of God, the Bible. This lesson or Thesis too will
show you, how little we German speaking people know about the clear and
precise statements of God. We hope and pray, that through these short and
informative lessons you the reader will get a new desire to study the Bible on
your own. We have been deceived long enough. Please pray, that Jesus will
open the hearts and minds of those who are in leadership and those who are
being led so they all will see God’s perfect plan of redemption, the New Co-
venant in Christ’s blood.
The words “original” and “sin” are nowhere in the Bible found to-
gether. The theory, that there is such a thing as “original sin” is a doctrine of
the Catholic church. Like most of the doctrines of this church it is an anti-
biblical assumption. Anyone who can read can find out for himself that the
Bible does not contain any hint of “original sin.”
Sin came into this world through Adam and Eve. Through their diso-
bedience to God’s command not to eat of a certain tree in Paradise (Gen. 3).
Disobedience to God then or today is always a sin.
Early literature shows, that the teaching about original sin was not known
before the 3rd Century A.D. When it first appeared it was a doctrine of the
culture of the heathen of those days. Augustine informed himself over this
heathen custom and it was then made a part of the dogma of his church in the
5th Century. Because of this new development and belief of the Roman Ca-
tholic Church, other teachings had to be changed to conform with this
heathen custom that had now become a precept of the faith of this religious
movement.
If an infant has original sin in his or her soul, he or she have to be freed
from this situation. This is one of the reasons why it was decided not to
baptize people anymore by immersion, but just sprinkle the new born babies
and call that immersion i.e. baptism. They looked upon this sprinkling or
christening of a baby as the new birth of a sinful infant. Remember Thesis #11
about people God calls fools. Of course, if one inherits original sin from
ones parents, Mary had to be proclaimed as a woman without sin. Otherwise
Jesus would have been a sinner. Then someone thought up the tale that she
ascended to heaven just like Jesus did. Once the door of deception is opened
it is impossible not to continue to build the structure of lies to its completion.
The confirmation the Catholics and the Lutherans perform on their young
members is also a part of this building of lies out of which their religion grew
and exist today. It’s a building of lies without a foundation in His Word.
Enough of this foolishness. Let us see now what God and His word say
about the subject of sin. You yourselves will not find any idea about original
sin in your own Bible either. And the Bible is what counts as the Word of
Truth.
God Himself declares, “Fathers shall not be put to death for their chil-
dren, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own
sin” (Deut. 24:16; comp. 2. Kings, 14:1-6).
We can see in this text that sin is not inherited, but each person is re-
sponsible, like Adam and Eve, for his own disobedience to God’s will.
In view of the New Covenant, God repeats His above precept, “In those
days people will no longer say, ‘the fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the
children’s teeth are set on edge.’ Instead everyone will die for his own sin;
whoever eats sour grapes-his own teeth will be set on edge” (Jer. 31:29.30).
God declares this fact over and over, that: “The soul who sins is the one
who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father
share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be cre-
dited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.
But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps
all my degrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not
die” (Hes. 18:20,21; Read also the rest of this chapter please).
Is in these Words of God any mention of original sin or is each person
held accountable for his or her own sin?
Did Jesus declare that infants or children are sinners? Here is what He
said, “Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Mt. 19:14).
“He called a little child and had him stand among them. And he said:
“I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you
will never enter the kingdom of heaven” (Mt. 18:2,3)
Does that sound like children had “original sin” in their soul? Was Je-
sus lying? Why did the Catholic leadership invent this dogma? To fool us?
To dominate us? Why did the Lutherans make it to their dogma?
We have now gathered enough proof against this fairytale of the Pope
and his church. As for God’s Word, the Bible, there is no teaching that there
is “original sin.”
The Apostle John warns us when he writes, “Anyone who runs ahead
and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever
continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes
to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or
welcome him. Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work.”
(2. John, 9-11)
What is better, to welcome the lies of these churches or to expose them
and believe the teachings of Jesus? You, dear Reader, are the judge!
